A massive well done to everyone who joined our first ever couch to 5km session. 92 wonderful people turned up, we hope you all make it back for next week!

Plan for next week – Wednesday 21st September at 18:30 prompt!

We will meet again at the same place, the 3m sports ground, Loughborough Road – details and a map are in the post below. This time we will head onto the pavements and paths around Charnwood Water to complete a circuit or two. Your run leaders will be Sharon Tait, Helen Sara Johnson and Lee Dawson, with an army of Pops volunteers to support you.

If you couldn’t make last week, then you are still very welcome to join the course late – but please complete the registration forms, and try to get some of the homework sessions completed if you can in your own time to help build your fitness.
